General
These terms govern your use of the burkin.pro website and your purchase of the products and services offered on it.

By making a purchase on burkin.pro, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
Merchant of Record
Payments on burkin.pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller who acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle is the authorized dealer of our products and is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices, and handling refund requests, in line with its own refund policy and the Refund Policy of burkin.pro.
Your payment details are handled directly by Paddle and are never transmitted to or stored by burkin.pro.
Products and Services
burkin.pro offers:
- one-time digital products — guides, checklists, mini-courses, and templates delivered after payment;
- subscriptions — recurring access to content or a community, billed monthly or on another interval, renewing automatically until cancelled;
- installment-priced products — access is granted after the first payment, with the remaining payments charged on the schedule shown at checkout.

Access to Products
Access is delivered automatically to the email address you provide at checkout, once payment is confirmed. If access has not arrived within 24 hours, contact mail@burkin.pro.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal, a link to which is included in your payment receipt. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Installment Plans
For installment-priced products, the number of payments, their amounts, and the charge dates are shown on the product page before checkout. Once the final payment is collected, the installment plan ends automatically and access continues.
Intellectual Property
All materials on burkin.pro and within purchased products are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the materials. Copying, distributing, or reselling the materials without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The materials are educational and informational in nature and do not replace professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise), unless explicitly stated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
